Your Role in Our Mission:

As a Data Analyst at Gainwell, you will play a critical role in creating accurate mapping documents and supporting the ETL/Reporting/Conversion processes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including developers, DBAs, and the configuration team, to ensure the smooth synchronization of data mappings, interfaces, and configurations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Mapping Documents: Develop mapping documents in accordance with the established process and standards.
  • Support ETL/Reporting/Conversion: Work towards delivering initial drafts for ETL/Reporting/Conversion coding and collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with configuration teams and database administrators (DBAs) to ensure the synchronization of mappings to interfaces and configuration.
  • Research & Requirement Analysis: Perform research and gather requirements to design mapping solutions and present findings to internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Best Practices & Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement best practices to enhance current processes and practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • Healthcare/Business Knowledge: Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following areas: member eligibility, claims processing, pharmacy claims, provider data, or Third Party Liability (TPL).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, along with strong data mapping experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Experience in Related Areas: Familiarity with Conversion, Interface, and Reporting processes. Experience with QXNT is preferred but not required.
