WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a member of the squad, you'll report to the Agile Center of Excellence (CoE). Your role will involve collaborating across multiple squads and engaging various stakeholders to provide insights that facilitate data-driven decision-making for a wide range of use cases. The ideal candidate will ensure our squad aligns with business objectives and supports key initiatives for both the squads and the portfolio. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to assist in gathering requirements, shaping dashboards, analyzing data trends, and managing stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and capture their requirements, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain insightful Tableau dashboards to visually present data and support decision-making.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and create comprehensive reports on trends and insights, emphasizing the impact on various projects.
- Utilize survey tools (preferably Verint) to gather and analyze data, and automate attendance tracking from Zoom calls.
- Participate in agile ceremonies at the squad level, contributing to project planning and prioritization.
- Stay updated on the latest best practices in data analytics and product management to enhance processes and outcomes.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Translating business needs and requirements into detailed user stories.
- Strong analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
- Experience working with multicultural, distributed agile teams across different time zones.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
