About the Internship:

We are seeking a passionate Data Analyst Intern to help us uncover patterns and solve business challenges through data analysis. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from Bangalore, Indore, or remotely. High-performing interns will have the opportunity to transition into full-time positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing data to enhance our talent matching process.
Trend Identification: Help identify insights from large datasets related to customer behavior, job roles, pricing, and locations.
Reporting: Support the team in building reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
Strategic Contributions: Analyze which clients and roles align best with our capabilities to improve our strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts to refine our hiring and business strategies based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

A strong passion for working with data and solving problems.
Familiarity with data tools such as Excel, SQL, or other analytics software.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

Some experience in data analysis through coursework or previous internships.
An interest in the recruitment or IT staffing industry is a plus.
