Job Title: Data Analyst


Summary:

The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing key metrics to support Global Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Business Process Owners (BPOs), and functional managers within Momentive’s Business Process framework. This role involves collaborating with peers, BPOs, Customer Service leaders, managers, and functional leadership to develop and enhance effective and efficient processes. By leveraging data-driven insights, the Data Analyst will contribute to optimizing business operations and driving strategic improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key team member focused on speed, communication, process improvement, and data accuracy.
  • Ensure CS key metrics are tracked across sites, countries, divisions, and global operations.
  • Analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement and simplification of metrics.
  • Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, focusing on trends and patterns valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics.
  • Perform data analysis on results and prepare presentations for clients.
  • Conduct audits on data and resolve business-related issues for the customer base.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional leaders to support data metrics and dashboards.
  • Facilitate data analysis delivery to all end users.
  • Maintain and escalate issues to the manager as needed.

Key Metrics:

  • On-time report execution and SLA compliance.
  • Coordinate/support analysis for customer service processes.

Travel Requirements:

  • At least once per year for project partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of data analyst experience or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in software including SAP, Business Warehouse, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong business acumen and initiative in difficult situations.
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to inspire performance in others.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain composure under stress.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related area, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using SAP.
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team collaboration skills and conflict management abilities.
