Job Summary:

As a Data Analyst in the KPO sector, you will serve as a Management Information System representative responsible for capturing, collating, and presenting weekly/monthly business reviews, ad hoc reports, scorecards, and maintaining dashboards for functional groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic:

• Reporting Awareness: Understand the reporting requirements across all verticals.
• Automation Integration: Implement automation in reporting processes.
• Tool Proficiency: Be proficient with the basic tools required for reporting within the Google environment.

Tactical:

• Problem Solving and Collaboration: Facilitate problem-solving and foster collaboration within the team.
• Customer Needs Familiarization: Ensure the team understands customer needs, specifications, targets, standards, techniques, and tools for performance support.
• Issue Resolution: Intervene as necessary to help the team resolve issues.
• Deliverables Achievement: Ensure deliverables meet the reporting or visual requirements.
• Dashboard Assistance: Assist the studio team with dashboard assignments.
