Job Description: As a Clinical Trials Data Analyst at Certara, you will interpret clinical trials data across various therapeutic areas and contribute to the development of database products supporting informed decision-making throughout clinical development and post-approval phases. This role requires expertise in pharmacology, clinical research, and database development processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of high-quality clinical database products supporting meta-analysis in therapeutic areas like Metabolic & CV, Neuroscience, Autoimmune, Oncology, and Respiratory.
  • Analyze and annotate trial design, treatments, demographics, and outcomes data from clinical literature sources.
  • Digitize outcomes data accurately from graphs reported in various formats, ensuring precision.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and the Quality manager to understand and contribute to database rules, specifications, and quality processes.
  • Participate in relevant training programs (Statistics, R coding, Systematic literature review, etc.) to enhance skills and contribute to organizational growth.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Clinical Practice, Public Health, or Epidemiology.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Information Science, Systematic Literature Review, Health Economics, or related fields, with a preference for pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Pharmacology, clinical research, clinical development phases, trial designs, and Pharma Industry data standards.
  • Familiarity with statistics, data management tools like R, and systematic literature review methodologies is advantageous.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with peer scientists.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Strong learning aptitude to support databases across multiple disease areas.
