Job Overview:
We are looking for a Data Analyst (MIS) with Advanced Excel expertise to gather, analyze, and present data that provides actionable insights to improve business operations. This role requires proficiency in advanced Excel functions, data manipulation, and reporting techniques to create dashboards, reports, and predictive models that drive key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage dashboards and scorecards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly management reports (MIS).
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by validating data sources and applying quality control measures.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and tailor reports accordingly.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and operational improvements.
- Utilize Advanced Excel to analyze and visualize data efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Advanced Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of data analysis and visualization techniques.
- 2+ years of experience in MIS roles with advanced Excel skills or freshers with Advanced Excel certification.
