Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our team. As a fresher, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support key business decisions. You will work with large datasets, create insightful reports, and contribute to meaningful projects while learning from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from multiple sources and ensure its accuracy and consistency through cleaning and preprocessing.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that aid in improving business processes and decision-making.
- Report Generation: Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to communicate findings.
- Data Visualization: Create easy-to-understand charts and graphs to simplify complex data for stakeholders.
- Database Management: Use databases like SQL to query and extract data, maintaining data integrity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to provide actionable insights that align with project goals.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis to assist in solving immediate business problems.
- Documentation: Document processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Trend Monitoring: Help track KPIs and support ongoing data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Requirements: B.Tech, MCA, MBA, or related field (2024 & 2025 batch preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Good communication skills to present data insights clearly.
- Ability to work well in teams and collaborate across departments.
Pay & Benefits:
