Role Overview:

As a Data Analyst at Nivoda, you'll immerse yourself in our data ecosystem, collaborating directly with colleagues across the business to deliver critical insights. Your role will involve designing repeatable reports, conducting ad-hoc analyses, supporting data projects, and elevating our Business Intelligence capabilities to new heights.

You'll serve as the primary interface for data insights within our organization, listening to stakeholders' needs, guiding them towards data-driven solutions, and fostering a culture of informed decision-making.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify business challenges and opportunities to support stakeholders, understanding and articulating their needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop actionable business intelligence aligned with core objectives, providing insights that drive measurable outcomes and inform strategic decisions.
  • Validate and reconcile data sets, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the Data Analytics Cycle.
  • Produce data visualizations, detailed reports, and analytics accompanied by clear business commentary.
  • Strike a balance between technical demands and stakeholder engagement, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the overarching data strategy, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of professional data science experience with a strong grasp of machine learning models.
  • 1+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets for technical and analytical tasks.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies and cloud data warehouses.
  • Ability to present complex topics clearly and comprehensively to stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
  • Professional experience with Python, R, or statistical modeling.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI.
