Job Title: Data Analyst - Retail Assets

Job Purpose:

Identify and scope business requirements and priorities through rigorous information gathering and analysis, as well as clarification of solutions, initiatives, and programs to enable effective delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Analytics Design:
- Design analytics techniques to meet current and future business needs.
- Robust understanding of data and fields required for analysis.
- Understand the analytical framework and map it with available data.
Testing and Verification:
- Develop a test strategy and systematic test procedures to verify and ensure that solutions meet design specifications.
Algorithm Development:
- Develop, select, and apply algorithms and advanced computational methods to enable systems to learn, improve, adapt, and produce desired outcomes or tasks.
Innovation and Improvement:
- Approach existing situations and problems in a new manner and create innovative solutions.
- Challenge the status quo to bring about continuous improvement in performance and drive changes that positively impact the organization.
Goal Achievement:
- Work to achieve goals and objectives and show a strong drive to follow through and complete what was started.
Business Understanding:
- Recognize the complex interrelationships among business activities and understand the "big picture" of how decisions impact the overall business, outcomes, and processes.
