Seco Tools is seeking a Data Analyst to enhance our data-driven decision-making capabilities. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive analytics solutions, primarily using Power BI.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to maximize data utilization for decision-making.
• Propose and drive improvements in data and analytics strategies, aligning with our vision and goals.
• Develop data models for use by applications, services, and business users.
• Ensure analytics and BI solutions meet information security and sensitivity standards.
• Communicate findings and educate end-users on analytics solutions and methodologies.
• Suggest and implement enhancements to our technical capabilities and processes, from planning to execution and follow-up.

Location

This position is based in Stockholm, Sweden or Pune, India, with a hybrid work setup that combines office and remote work.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Relevant education or equivalent experience in data analytics and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Power BI and a strong technical interest.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across cultures.
• A proactive approach to working in a dynamic environment and a drive to implement change.
