Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with experience in manufacturing, CPG, or FMCG industries to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing databases, optimizing queries, developing Power BI reports and dashboards, and ensuring data quality and accuracy. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales managers, dealers, and retailers, to track and meet sales targets while delivering actionable insights through data-driven storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
- Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage databases using SQL Server. Write complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Performance Optimization: Resolve query performance bottlenecks and optimize report generation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales managers, dealers, and retailers to track sales targets and provide data insights.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging: Diagnose and resolve bugs, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent future issues.
- Report and Dashboard Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy through validation techniques.
- Optimize Power BI data models for performance and reliability.
- Utilize advanced DAX functions to create calculated measures and custom visualizations.
- Support and Maintenance:
- Monitor the health, availability, and performance of reports.
- Provide end-user support for Power BI dashboards, addressing queries and ensuring smooth usage.
- Manage user access and security for dashboards.
- Maintain documentation for reports, configurations, and issue resolution.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and optimize DAX, queries, and dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
