Key Responsibilities Accountability:
Act as a thought partner and trusted advisor to PayPal s top enterprise merchants
Diagnose, advise on, and resolve top merchant performance concerns both during new merchant ramps and for existing strategic customers
Illustrate a deep understanding of the payment processing ecosystem and its underlying data components for enterprise merchants. Utilize payments data to analyze complex processing questions
Generate, leverage and scale insights from engagements to promote PayPal as a thought leader, empower the broader PayPal organization and proactively source new business opportunities
Partner with issuing banks and other partners to represent and advocate on behalf of our merchant s performance needs
Work collaboratively and influence across product, engineering, and sales to address client issues
Act as top of funnel to our product and engineering organizations to relay merchant feedback and influence prioritization decisions
