We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services, data visualization, and SQL, along with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets to support business decisions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Azure services including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and Azure SQL Database.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, and Tableau.
Strong data manipulation and transformation skills using SQL.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Knowledge of data modeling techniques, data governance, and data fluency.
Experience with Python for data wrangling tasks.
Fundamental understanding of Information Risk Management (IRM).
Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings, sharing knowledge and supporting team members.
Analyze large datasets to identify meaningful insights, trends, and patterns that assist in organizational decision-making.
Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Spotfire, and Tableau for clear communication with stakeholders.
Work with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and Azure SQL Database for efficient data storage, transformation, and retrieval.
Prepare, clean, and integrate data for analysis while ensuring data accuracy and quality.
Collaborate with data engineers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Utilize Power Platform tools to automate workflows and enhance data analysis processes.
Provide ongoing support for data analysis activities and maintain proper documentation for data processes, reports, and dashboards.
