Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and AI-curious Data Analyst to join our global Revenue Operations team. You will play a key role in elevating master data quality, streamlining data processes, and supporting essential business analysis. Your work will directly impact go-to-market operations by delivering clean, reliable, and actionable data insights.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the quality, consistency, and documentation of master data.
Develop and manage data dictionaries and business glossaries.
Ensure compliance with internal data policies and regulatory standards.
Define and monitor data quality metrics such as completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Detect and resolve data anomalies, inconsistencies, and gaps.
Build and optimize automation processes for scalable data validation and reporting.
Prepare weekly reports and dashboards covering customer health scoring and engagement, pipeline health and progression trends, pricing intelligence and forecasting support, and executive and operational business reviews.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, operations, governance, or business intelligence roles.
Expert proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and advanced formulas.
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) – Excel Expert certification preferred.
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Sisense, Tableau, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC).
Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is an advantage.
Deep understanding of enterprise data architecture, including tools like Gainsight and Sisense.
Familiarity with AI tools and eagerness to apply them in business scenarios.
OpenAI / ChatGPT API certification is a plus.
Exposure to cloud-based data ecosystems, e.g., AWS.
AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty is advantageous.
Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies (fast learner, autodidact).
Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and forecasting methods.
Ability to read and interpret contracts and structured business content.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Experience working in global, remote, and cross-functional teams.
