About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Data Analysts to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, complex SQL queries, and experience working within large-scale Data Warehouse environments. Familiarity with cloud technologies such as GCP or AWS is mandatory, and prior exposure to AWS EMR and Apache Airflow is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth data analysis to support business decision-making, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting across large, distributed datasets.
Work extensively within data warehouse environments to design, test, and deliver effective data solutions.
Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines; experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration is an advantage.
Utilize cloud-native tools on GCP or AWS to manage and analyze data efficiently.
Support the development and enforcement of data quality standards, ensuring data integrity across all reporting platforms.
Document data models, queries, processes, and workflows to promote knowledge sharing and scalability.
Required Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in data analysis.
Strong expertise in SQL, including writing, debugging, and optimizing complex queries.
Solid experience working within data warehouse environments such as BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake.
Hands-on experience with GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow) or AWS (Redshift, Athena, S3, EMR).
Thorough understanding of data modeling concepts, best practices, and data architecture principles.
Knowledge of ETL processes and tools, with practical experience in Apache Airflow preferred.
Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
