Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, visualization, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various internal and external sources.
Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Identify data patterns, trends, and correlations that can offer actionable insights.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Translate business objectives into data queries and technical requirements.
Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Maintain and improve existing databases and reporting systems for better performance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
Strong command over Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Working knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree or a recognized certification in Data Analytics or Data Science.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
Familiarity with machine learning concepts, tools, and libraries.
