Role Overview
As a Data Analyst I, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers through data troubleshooting, SQL development, and system integration tasks. You’ll work on critical issues, ensuring smooth functioning of dealership data systems and integrations, while constantly expanding your technical capabilities.
What You’ll Do
Work under pressure to resolve critical data issues with speed and accuracy.
Troubleshoot and fix data-related problems in Microsoft SQL Server post-dealership implementation.
Coordinate with vendors for setting up and debugging software integrations.
Create, modify, and debug SQL DTS packages, SSIS packages, and stored procedures.
Convert, scrub, and manipulate large datasets using SQL Server 2000/2005/2008/2012 and Excel.
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent technical and consulting support.
Communicate professionally through email, IM, phone, and other platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
Handle multiple support issues simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Actively learn the DealerSocket platform and related integrations to enhance response capabilities.
Participate in development reviews and performance growth programs as part of your career journey.
