Job Responsibilities:
The Analyst will be responsible for the CRM management and provide reports from the CRM.
This Analyst will serve as liaison between Data Provisioning and various business units to coordinate the onboarding of data and the creation of Analytical solutions.
Must have strong database query/analysis skills.
Will work with the sales teams to analyze business requirements and review/produce specifications for any new/change to Dashboards.
Develop interactive/dynamic dashboards on excel/Power BI.
Solicit business requirements from internal stakeholders
Understand business requirements very clearly then translate and use data sources that need to be blended and joined to deliver efficient, accurate and quality dashboards.
Responsible for maintaining consistency across multiple dashboards.
Prepare presentations as per the business requirement.
Data Cleaning.
What we expect from you:
Skills Required : SQL, Tableau, Power BI,ETL,OLAP ,Data Migration & Data Analysis,BI Tools
3 - 5 years of experience experience in data analysis, reporting and visualization.
B.Tech /BE/ BCA/ BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field, from reputed Engineering College/ Universities is preferred or Any Graduate
In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI
