Job Responsibilities
1. Data Collection and Analysis
- Collect data from internal and external sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and third-party tools.
- Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor data quality and consistency and implement processes for data validation and cleansing as needed.
- Analyze data using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
2. Reporting and Dashboard Development
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations to communicate key performance metrics and insights.
- Customize reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Automate report generation and distribution processes to improve efficiency and accessibility.
3. Business Analysis
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Expert in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business impact.
