Job Description: Data Analyst

Location: Mumbai / Pune / Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring high data quality and integration.
• Detect, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets.
• Cleanse data and review tech-generated reports to identify and correct coding errors.
• Collaborate with management to align business priorities with data requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Use statistical techniques to analyze data and provide actionable business insights.
• Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making.
• Communicate insights through reports and visual presentations.
• Work with engineering and product development teams to understand business needs.
• Engage with managers from various departments to specify data requirements for tailored analysis projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in Excel and practical experience in data analysis.
• Exceptional analytical skills to organize, analyze, and present large datasets accurately.
• Ability to critically evaluate data and extract meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex data for non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis or a related field is advantageous.
• Proficiency in report writing and presenting findings.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in SQL, Python, and R is a plus.
