Job Summary:

The role involves overseeing the simplification and automation of various business processes, leading business excellence initiatives, and managing special projects related to supply chain management (SCM), process automation, and inventory control.

Areas of Responsibility:

Data Analysis and Interpretation:
- Analyze and interpret data using statistical techniques, providing ongoing reports and actionable insights.
- Identify and analyze trends or patterns in complex datasets.
- Detect and address anomalies in datasets, ensuring data integrity.
Project Collaboration:
- Partner with the MD’s office on special projects, focusing on SCM and manufacturing operations.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Identify and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Sustain and enhance new processes through comprehensive documentation, knowledge transfer, and training.
Process Automation:
- Define and implement automation solutions to replace manual processes, enhancing efficiency.

Requirements and Skills:

Experience:
- Proven experience (3-10 years) as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of SAP tables (SD, MM, PP, QM).
- Proficiency in query development, report writing, and presenting findings.
- Expertise in data models, database design, development, data mining, and segmentation.
- Experience with reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects), databases (e.g., SQL), and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, or ABAP).
Analytical Skills:
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information accurately and with attention to detail.
