Role Purpose:
As a Data Analyst at Colt, you will play a key role in conducting descriptive analysis, generating insights, managing and implementing projects, and contributing to the creation of reports and management information. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data using specialist tools, driving the creation of deliverables, responding to data-related queries, supporting presentations to key stakeholders, and exploring ways to improve processes and data practices.
Key Accountabilities:
- Review key metrics and performance indicators to provide effective and robust data analysis.
- Analyze data from various systems, clearly articulating observations, trends, and recommendations, using external benchmarks where applicable.
- Support, monitor, and report data to ensure compliance and governance requirements are met, producing necessary insights to minimize business risk.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders to understand and deliver reporting requirements.
- Address data-related queries from business stakeholders promptly.
Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
- Expertise in IT data analysis and management.
- Knowledge of data standards, procedures, and reporting.
- Proficiency in data modeling.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or relevant field.
