Position Summary:
As an Enterprise Data Analyst at ACA Group, you will play a crucial role in our cloud-based data strategy. This position involves building data pipelines, generating reports and dashboards, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include working on the core Enterprise Data Services hub and leading the development of data solutions that support operational and management teams.
Job Duties:
Contribute to the design and development of the Enterprise Data Services hub.
Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar technologies.
Mentor the reporting team to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
Engage in strategic data modeling within the Enterprise Data Services hub.
Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to gather requirements and align on solutions.
Mentor junior team members and assist in managing reporting contractors.
Demonstrate hands-on expertise in ETL processes and Microsoft Azure technologies (e.g., Data Factory, Blob storage, DevOps).
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, with at least two years of experience OR a minimum of five years of relevant industry experience without a degree.
Proficiency in data modeling and experience in building enterprise data solutions.
Experience in designing and developing reporting and dashboarding solutions.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, including Azure Data Factory, Event Hubs, Synapse, etc.
Willingness to explore and adopt new technologies to deliver top-tier solutions.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to business stakeholders.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Experience with Power BI.
Experience in building SSAS cubes, particularly with tabular modeling.
Skills in C#, Python, or other object-oriented programming languages, especially for writing Azure Functions.
Knowledge of AI/ML to support long-term strategic initiatives.
Experience with AWS Cloud is a plus.
Required Skills and Attributes:
Expertise in data modeling.
Experience with Azure Cloud and related data technologies.
Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards, preferably with Power BI.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and business partners.
Willingness to learn, mentor junior team members, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
