About This Opportunity:
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team at Ericsson. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, creating, automating, and enhancing our key operational and statistical data processes. Your focus will be on developing innovative methods to improve task effectiveness and consolidating customer information.
What You Will Do:
- Develop & Deliver Analysis: Create and implement standard and new analytical measures.
- Automation: Develop and automate comprehensive scripts.
- Business Requirements: Translate business requirements into actionable analytics.
- Template Management: Reuse and propose new templates, ensuring alignment with requestors.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and propose new measures and improvements in collaboration with business owners.
- Audits & Maintenance: Perform audits, maintain recurring operational deliverables, and debug automation scripts.
- Data Visualization: Create and maintain visualizations, presenting large datasets in an accessible and interpretable manner.
The Skills You Bring:
- Data Lakes: Experience with managing and utilizing data lakes.
- Ericsson Operations Engine: Knowledge of Ericsson’s operations modes.
- Visual Analytics: Proficiency in visual analytics and digital dashboards.
- Trend Analysis: Ability to perform trend analysis and visualize network performance.
- MS TOP: Familiarity with Microsoft TOP tools.
- Tableau: Competence in Tableau for data visualization.
- Data Presentation: Expertise in presenting data effectively and understanding business requirements.
- WLA & SLA: Understanding of Work Level Agreements (WLA) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Scripting: Skills in scripting for automation and data processing.
