About the Job:

At Seco Tools, we are seeking a passionate Data Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Analytics Solutions: Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions primarily using Power BI.
• Data Models: Create and manage data models for use by applications, services, and business users.
• Compliance: Ensure all analytics and BI solutions adhere to information security and sensitivity classifications.
• Communication & Training: Communicate results effectively and educate end-users on solutions and methodologies.
• Improvement & Innovation: Suggest and implement enhancements to our technical capabilities and processes, including planning, execution, and follow-up.

Location: Stockholm, Sweden or Pune, India. This position offers a hybrid work setup, allowing a combination of office and remote work.

Your Profile:

• Education & Experience: Relevant education or equivalent knowledge from work experience. Strong background in data analytics, data modeling, and proficiency with Power BI.
• Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Personal Traits: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships across cultures, and a knack for working in a dynamic environment. Enthusiasm for driving change and seeing the bigger picture.
