Job Summary

The role involves contributing to projects by leveraging your expertise in specific technologies or domains while staying updated on relevant advancements. You will support the evaluation of how new technologies impact existing systems and be involved in designing and assessing systems for effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include:

Technology Impact Assessment: Evaluate the impact of new technologies on existing systems and assess the effectiveness of current and new technology resources.
System Design and Optimization: Be actively involved in designing systems, optimizing applications, and ensuring their validation and approval for customer products.
Customer Requirements: Understand customer technical requirements, processes, limitations, and constraints, and align them with TechM’s technology, resources, and capabilities.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with the project team to identify and utilize the technical resources required to meet production and quality metrics as defined by customers.
Technical Guidance: Guide the technical team through the project implementation phase and support them in achieving project goals.
Knowledge Management: Maintain and enhance knowledge management practices, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and effective reuse of information.
Team Development: Foster teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop team members.
Application Support: Provide production support in accordance with the process and the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) matrix.

Your role will be crucial in integrating technology into customer products, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and contributing to the overall success of projects.
