Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst I who will play a key role in developing and implementing AI and machine learning solutions to address real-world problems. You will work closely with big process data, assisting the team in data interpretation, visualization, and optimization of AI/ML models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, develop, and implement statistical models and data visualizations for management reviews.
• Analyze and implement strategies for data collection, extraction, and pre-processing.
• Carry out the preprocessing of structured and unstructured data, including data collection, cleaning, and validation for analysis.
• Perform rigorous testing and validation of AI/ML models to ensure accuracy and robustness.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI/ML models to improve performance and efficiency.
• Document and communicate technical details, progress, and insights to team members and stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms.
• Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate model performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Work on data visualization, feature engineering, and model interpretation.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in AI/ML research.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Python or R, with experience in data wrangling and preprocessing using libraries like Pandas (Python) or dplyr (R).
• Strong understanding of machine learning, large language models, and data interpretation.
• Knowledge of computer vision and natural language processing is a plus.
• Working knowledge of fundamental statistical concepts and methods.
• Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Ability to design and optimize AI prompts to guide the model’s generation process for accurate and contextually correct responses.
• Familiarity with ethical considerations and performance management of AI systems.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
