Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Process Specialist in Clinical Data Management (CDM) and Pharmacovigilance (PV) with 5 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in MS Excel and a solid background in PV Case Processing and Research and Development. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data management processes, contributing to the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee data collection and validation processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Utilize advanced MS Excel functions to analyze and interpret complex data sets, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data management workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of PV cases, following all relevant guidelines and protocols.
• Conduct research and development activities to support continuous improvement in data management practices.
• Provide training and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data management processes and procedures.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
• Participate in audits and inspections, providing expert knowledge and support as needed.
• Lead initiatives to enhance data quality and integrity, leveraging advanced Excel tools and functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement best practices for data management and PV case processing.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, applying new knowledge to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical skills in MS Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
• Proven experience in PV Case Processing and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of Research and Development processes and contributions to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of data quality and integrity.

Certifications Required:

• Certified Clinical Data Manager (CCDM)
• Advanced Excel Certification
