Role Description
In this role, you will analyze and interpret data to support our personalization efforts. You’ll work with both first-party and third-party data to generate insights that enhance omnichannel personalization and customer journey mapping. Your responsibilities will include creating a capabilities matrix and conducting gap analysis to identify areas for improvement. Your contributions will be vital to developing high-level MVPs and ensuring the overall success of the personalization project.
Two key factors that will enhance our engagement include:
Canvas.ai: This tool will help us assess and analyze large volumes of documentation and data, accelerating our analysis phase during the first two weeks.
Strategic Design for AI Futures: This initiative brings in an outside perspective from industry experts and strategic thinkers at Parsons School of Design and Stanford University. This group will collaborate with our team to tackle client challenges using AI-driven design techniques.
