Job Title: Data and Analytics Salesforce Capabilities / Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead

Job Overview:
As the Salesforce Capability / CoE Lead, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and manage the Salesforce Capability / CoE, ensuring alignment with business goals, optimizing technology use, and fostering innovation. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding successful Salesforce implementations, enhancing user experiences, and maximizing the value derived from our technology investments.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Define the vision, mission, and strategic objectives for the CoE.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure Capability / CoE initiatives align with business priorities.
  • Champion best practices, governance, and change management strategies.

Stakeholder Alignment:

  • Engage with implementation partners, success management teams, and external consultants.
  • Facilitate cohesion among stakeholders for seamless execution of digital transformation projects.
  • Clearly define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders involved in Salesforce initiatives.

Governance and Process Standardization:

  • Establish standardized processes, tools, and frameworks for Salesforce projects.
  • Implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative practices and create a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain a "Knowledge Management Portal" for CoE assets such as POCs, RFPs, solutions, whitepapers, and tools.
  • Define estimation models to enhance project accuracy.

Skill Development and Talent Management:

  • Identify skill gaps and address them through targeted training and recruitment.
  • Build a high-performing CoE team to drive successful digital initiatives.
  • Mentor team members and promote continuous learning.

Solution Support:

  • Collaborate to build industry and technology solutions that enhance service offerings.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and leadership.
  • Effectively communicate project updates, milestones, and achievements.
  • Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments.
  • Work with product vendors and partners for enablement and co-solution efforts.
  • Support pre-sales activities and proposal presentations.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Profitable growth metrics
  • Number of certifications achieved
  • Utilization percentage
  • RFP support metrics
  • Total number of delivery assets created per quarter (offers, solutions, whitepapers, tools, etc.)
  • Talent planning effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience with Salesforce.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in implementation rollouts in relevant areas.
  • Certification in one or more relevant Salesforce disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and integration methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage customers, partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams effectively.
