Job Title: Data Analyst
The Team:
As a Data Analyst, you will be part of a diverse team that plays a critical role in gathering and analyzing data to support business decisions. Your team will be involved in various areas, including:
- Market Data & Estimates: Deliver high-quality consensus estimates, actuals, and guidance information crucial for client decision-making. This involves analyzing research reports and company documents to generate actionable insights.
- Translations Team: Maintain and deliver accurate data sets using both internal and external sources, such as government documents, stock exchanges, and industry reports. This data is essential for further analysis and client services.
- Filing & Sourcing Team: Source and provide financial and non-financial data to market intelligence teams. This role involves sourcing documents and contributing to the creation of valuable data sets for internal stakeholders.
- Fundamentals Team: Manage and maintain data sets related to industry fundamentals, including data collection, standardization, database maintenance, and publishing.
- Transactions Team: Focus on private equity, venture capital, and M&A profiles. This team monitors global industry publications and tracks investment markets to provide detailed research and analytics.
- Corporate & Reference Data Team: Maintain and update profiles for companies and professionals, manage entity and security level data, and support decision-making with accurate corporate structure information.
- Key Developments & Events Team: Track significant news and corporate actions that impact share prices. This team transforms raw data into actionable intelligence and works around the clock to deliver timely insights.

As a Data Analyst, you will contribute to the integrity and comprehensiveness of our data sets. You will use various research tools and sources to collect, summarize, and analyze data, ensuring our clients have the information needed to make informed decisions.

What We’re Looking For:
- MBA with a Finance specialization and a strong academic record.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Knowledge of corporate finance and accountancy.
- Proficiency in secondary research sources.
- Willingness to work in a 24/5 environment on rotational shifts.
- Certification or experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
- Ability to conduct thematic online research efficiently.
