Job Description

We are looking for a Data and Analytics Support Engineer to join our expanding data team. The role involves providing support through incident, problem, and service request management while ensuring seamless interaction between teams for data processing and issue resolution.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing support via ServiceNow, email, or Teams chat.
  • Identifying and prioritizing critical issues based on business requirements.
  • Coordinating with teams to deliver and process data in response to inquiries.
  • Triaging new issues and providing necessary information to development teams.
  • Logging and documenting issues, assigning them for development when necessary.
  • Performing automated data quality checks and reporting issues.
  • Managing analytical data assets in databases, data warehouses, and BI applications.
  • Monitoring and administering Power BI and Tableau applications.
  • Supporting end users with data and analytics queries, conducting demos, and providing training.
  • Assisting Data Hub & Spoke teams in company-wide projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience with SQL databases, writing queries, Python programming, and AWS cloud deployment.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake SQL, Tableau, and Power BI is a must.
  • Experience with data management lifecycles (collection, cataloging, ETL design, database management).
  • Ability to work independently and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Strong enthusiasm, positive attitude, and multitasking ability.
  • Proven track record of reliability and strong communication skills.
  • Customer relationship management experience.
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 support model.
