Job Description:
Bluez Informatics Solutions is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our data conversion team. As a Data Conversion Fresher, you will be responsible for converting, validating, and managing data from various formats to ensure accuracy and consistency across our systems. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about data and looking to start their career in this field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Conversion: Convert data from various formats (Excel, CSV, XML, SQL) using appropriate tools and software.
- Data Validation: Ensure data accuracy by performing quality checks and resolving discrepancies.
- Data Cleansing: Identify and correct errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies to maintain data integrity.
- Data Mapping: Assist in mapping data between source and target systems.
- Documentation: Document the data conversion process and keep detailed records of changes and validations.
- Collaboration: Work with IT, Business Analysts, and Data Engineers to meet data requirements.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest tools and technologies in data conversion.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of data formats (CSV, XML, JSON) and databases (SQL).
- Familiarity with data conversion tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience: No prior experience required; internships or academic projects in data-related fields are a plus.
