Job Responsibilities

  1. Work with the Senior Data Governance Analyst to implement data quality rules defined in the data catalog.

  2. Convert business-defined data quality rules into SQL statements.

  3. Administer and support the customized data quality engine.

  4. Collaborate with the Analytics team to implement and monitor a data quality scorecard.

  5. Track company-wide adherence to data quality policies, rules, and standards.

  6. Partner with data stewards to research quality issues, determine root causes, and recommend fixes.

  7. Participate in data profiling, mapping, modeling, auditing, and testing activities.

  8. Develop and maintain data quality processes and standards.

  9. Promote awareness of data quality best practices across the organization.

  10. Lead change management, communication, and training initiatives related to data quality.

  11. Maintain excellent communication throughout project lifecycles.


Qualification & Key Skills

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a data quality role (logistics domain preferred).

  2. Solid understanding of data quality best practices and proven track record of improving data quality.

  3. Proficient in SQL.

  4. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to identify trends and patterns.

  5. Familiarity with data pipelines and data lakehouses; experience with Databricks is preferred.

  6. Experience designing or developing data quality scorecards (Qlik or Sigma preferred).

  7. Working knowledge of modern data quality tools and frameworks.

  8. Strong technical and business acumen across data domains.

  9. Excellent analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.

  10. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  11. Self-motivated and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

  12. Continuously looks for opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
