As a Data Science Analyst within the Operations team, you will:
Transform raw data into innovative, actionable solutions.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies through intelligence automation and business analysis.
Gather requirements, design solutions, and implement automation and digitization strategies.
Research, gather, and prepare data for analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to support projects and initiatives.
Design, develop, and troubleshoot automation solutions in compliance with firm standards.
Collect, analyze, and monitor low-code/no-code automation in test and production environments.
Utilize, support, and administer automation tools.
Keep updated with advancements in NLP and LLM technologies to improve solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address risks, ethical concerns, and AI-related issues.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience from an engineering or equivalent background.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML, Python, Alteryx, and PEGA workflow.
Intermediate proficiency in Python and PEGA workflow.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of software development principles.
Familiarity with intelligence automation and coding languages such as AI/ML, Python, and PEGA.
Beginner-level skills in business analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required).
Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or ML with practical development experience (preferred).
