Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Product Lead with a strong technical foundation in AI/ML and a passion for delivering impactful business intelligence solutions. This role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on technical leadership to build scalable, market-leading products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Product Leadership
Define comprehensive product strategy for AI/ML-powered solutions.
Create and manage product roadmaps aligned with client and market needs.
Lead product vision, differentiation, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate across Engineering, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams.
2. Technical Product Management
Oversee development of machine learning-based intelligence products.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities such as LLMs, NLP, and agentic frameworks.
Promote best practices in algorithm design and model deployment.
Lead innovation in vector databases, embeddings, and analytics.
3. Market & Client Focus
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Convert technical features into compelling value propositions.
Engage clients for feedback and improve product-market fit.
Measure and report business impact and ROI.
4. Team Leadership
Build, guide, and mentor technical and product teams.
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer focus.
Develop frameworks for knowledge-sharing and growth.
Encourage adoption of new technologies and agile practices.
5. Business Impact
Support P&L ownership for the data science product suite.
Define and track key metrics like adoption and retention.
Drive successful product launches and market strategies.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for go-to-market success.
Required Qualifications
1. Technical Expertise
Master’s/Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
8–12 years in data science, ML, and technical product development.
Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, statistics, and real-world application.
Experience in Python/R, SQL, and major ML libraries.
Solid understanding of NLP, LLMs, and agent frameworks.
Familiarity with big data platforms and scalable systems.
2. Product Leadership
5+ years in senior product management, 3+ years in leadership.
Proven record of launching and scaling B2B AI/ML products.
Strong background in BI, analytics, or enterprise data software.
Expertise in building roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams.
3. Business & Leadership
Deep understanding of data analytics and BI markets.
Experience with product monetization and pricing strategies.
Ability to work with C-suite stakeholders and influence strategy.
Excellent communication of complex technical topics.
Experience in fast-paced tech environments or startups.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with MLOps, vector DBs, and live ML systems.
Background in startups or tech scale-ups.
Exposure to enterprise software sales and customer success.
Track record of product exits or organizational scaling.
Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
