Position Overview:
SB Solutions Private Limited is seeking a skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning to join their dynamic team. The role focuses on developing and refining a conversational navigational assistant as part of the ambitious Platform Trainer project. The ideal candidate will drive the project from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring a robust, efficient, and user-centric system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model Development: Design, build, and train advanced machine learning models with a focus on NLP and Deep Learning to power conversational AI within the platform.
- Data Management: Collect, process, and maintain data pipelines to ensure data integrity, efficiency, and alignment with project needs.
- Analytics and Testing: Implement and execute robust testing frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of AI models, focusing on continual improvement and optimization.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms. Provide insights and lead discussions on innovative AI solutions.
- Research and Development: Stay updated on the latest developments in AI, NLP, and machine learning. Apply cutting-edge research to practical applications within projects.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the development process, model architectures, and performance metrics. Prepare reports and presentations to share findings and progress with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Ph.D. and Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in NLP and Deep Learning (Master's) and 0-3 years of experience (Ph.D.).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Hugging Face Transformers. Strong understanding of NLP techniques and models (e.g., BERT, GPT-3, Llama, Mixtral).
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong mathematical foundation in statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical details and project results to non-technical stakeholders.
