Position: Data Scientist
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, IN
Experience Range: 1-8 years
Key Requirements:
TensorFlow and PyTorch Proficiency: Strong expertise in these frameworks is essential.
AI/ML Models & Algorithms: Extensive experience with Deep Learning and Computer Vision techniques.
Model Building & AI Pipeline: Proven ability to build and implement models to solve complex use cases.
Django Rest API & GRPC: Significant development experience.
Microservice & Serverless Frameworks: Proficiency in frameworks like Faas and a solid understanding of microservices architecture.
Mathematical Expertise: Strong mathematical foundation to optimize inference and training pipelines.
Security & Compliance: Understanding of user authentication, authorization, and integration of multiple systems and databases.
Automated Testing & CICD Pipeline: Skilled in implementing testing platforms and continuous integration/continuous deployment.
Version Control: Proficient with tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, ADO.
Machine Learning & NLP: Experience in applying machine learning techniques, natural language processing, or computer vision using TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Software Engineering: Proficient in multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Java, Python, and C/C++.
Responsibilities:
End-to-End ML Model Development: Build, deploy, and optimize machine learning models to drive predictions, recommendations, and growth strategies.
ML Techniques: Deep understanding of various ML techniques, including classification, clustering, deep learning, and both supervised and unsupervised methods.
Scalable Processes: Establish automated processes for data analysis, model development, validation, and implementation.
Algorithm & Integration: Choose appropriate deep learning algorithms, suggest integration methods, and ensure solutions meet Responsible AI guidelines.
Model Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and improve model performance post-delivery.
Quality Assurance: Ensure systems meet quality standards through rigorous testing procedures.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear direction and project governance.
