Key Responsibilities

A. Requirement Analysis and Software Design

  1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.

  2. Study system workflows, data usage, and user needs to design high-quality software products.

  3. Investigate root causes of system issues and participate in their resolution through the software development life cycle.

  4. Identify system performance enhancement opportunities and implement effective solutions.

  5. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and system architects to finalize the design and approach.

B. Development and Testing

  1. Evaluate operational feasibility through analysis, problem definition, and technical assessments.

  2. Develop software components, modules, and tools ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

  3. Create and automate test cases, user scenarios, and validation procedures to ensure robustness.

  4. Perform code modifications for bug fixes, hardware adaptation, and performance improvements.

  5. Ensure all code contributions are error-free, follow project standards, and are appropriately documented.

  6. Prepare project reports covering specifications, progress, testing, and performance metrics.

  7. Share daily updates with the project team and maintain development documentation for transparency.

  8. Provide actionable feedback on usability, functionality, and user experience to quality assurance teams.

C. Client Coordination and Reporting

  1. Capture and document all client requirements to align development with business objectives.

  2. Proactively seek client feedback and implement necessary adjustments for on-time delivery.

  3. Participate in training sessions to remain updated on new technologies and best practices.

  4. Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to define system interfaces and requirements.

  5. Maintain detailed documentation including flowcharts, diagrams, layouts, and annotated source code.

  6. Communicate effectively with clients through professional emails, calls, and reports.

  7. Respond to client issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction and zero unresolved complaints.


Performance Metrics

  1. 100% compliance in continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring across software components.

  2. Timely delivery, customer query resolution, and completion of relevant certifications.

  3. Accurate and on-time generation of reports, metrics, and dashboards.


Education

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent field.


Compensation

  1. Salary range: ₹10–16 LPA (commensurate with experience and assessment).
