Strong expertise in Python development using frameworks such as Django and Flask
Deep understanding of multi-process architecture and threading limitations in Python
Familiarity with front-end technologies including JavaScript and HTML5
Ability to write scalable, clean, and reusable Python code
Experience in backend development, including database integration and API creation
Knowledge of security protocols and implementation of data protection measures
Capability to design Gen AI use cases, including prompt engineering and API integration
Experience with DevOps tools and integration into CI/CD pipelines
Prior exposure to AIOps tools and related solution designs
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
To design and implement backend Python solutions aligned with AIOps tools and Gen AI integrations
To ensure the performance, security, and scalability of all server-side logic and APIs
To enhance system responsiveness through optimized coding and backend design
To support front-end integration by collaborating with UI development teams
To deliver solutions that meet business expectations and technical requirements
Write effective, reusable, and scalable code using Python and relevant frameworks
Develop backend components to improve system functionality and performance
Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and ensure seamless functionality
Collaborate with UI developers to support front-end development efforts
Implement security best practices and data protection strategies
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software reliability
Participate in the design of AIOps integrations and associated add-ons
Design and deliver Gen AI features including prompt design and API connectivity
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and monitoring
Analyze user requirements and prioritize technical feature development accordingly
Ensure 100% error-free software onboarding and implementation within the scheduled release plan
Maintain on-time delivery and meet customer satisfaction targets by resolving software-related queries and issues
Achieve 100% timely submission of MIS reports and development documentation
Complete assigned technical certifications to support continuous skill enhancement
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Master’s Degree preferred but not mandatory
