Job Summary
We are hiring a Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. Experience in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain is a plus. This role follows a hybrid work model with fixed day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using Quadient Inspire and Quadient Inspire Interactive
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions
Test applications to ensure quality, reliability, and performance
Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to Inspire-based applications
Participate in code reviews and enforce coding best practices
Create and maintain technical documents and specifications
Translate business needs into technical solutions
Enhance application performance and scalability
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development
Contribute to process improvements and innovation within the team
Assist with project planning, estimation, and delivery tracking
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and guidelines
Guide and mentor junior team members when necessary
Qualifications
Must have hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire and Inspire Interactive
Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
Proactive in learning and adapting to new tools and technologies
Detail-oriented and skilled in managing multiple responsibilities
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment
Committed to producing high-quality deliverables
Familiar with version control systems like Git
Flexible and responsive to changing project requirements
Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement
Certifications Required
Quadient Inspire Certification (mandatory)
