Job Description

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in AWS services, infrastructure as code using Terraform, serverless architectures, and monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus. Experience with New Relic and Kubernetes is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Build and deploy applications in a repetitive and automated manner.
  • Design and implement serverless architecture using AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of cloud applications using New Relic, Grafana, and Prometheus.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Automate processes using CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, TeamCity, or Jenkins.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously improve infrastructure and processes to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4-5+ years of experience in DevOps, focusing on AWS services and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
  • Strong understanding of serverless architectures, microservices, and containerization.
  • Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, and New Relic for monitoring and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Bash, Python, JavaScript).
  • Expertise in Linux administration/engineering.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-scale architectures, high-performance multi-tenant SaaS applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with DevOps and cloud computing trends.
