Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced .NET Engineer with strong expertise in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React JS. This role requires leadership in modern software architecture, especially around Microservices, Event-Driven Systems, and Distributed Architecture. Candidates should possess strong software engineering principles and the ability to guide development teams through complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Perform .NET Tech Lead responsibilities, overseeing technical design, coding, and implementation.
Develop enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
Design and build microservices-based applications with event-driven architecture.
Apply object-oriented programming and software design principles such as SOLID, TDD, DDD, CQRS, and Event Sourcing.
Build and maintain front-end solutions using React JS along with JavaScript or TypeScript.
Participate in agile software development processes including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver solutions.
Analyze and resolve application issues efficiently and effectively.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers or team members.
Communicate technical decisions and strategies clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
Proficiency in React JS along with JavaScript or TypeScript.
Deep understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
Practical knowledge of SOLID principles, TDD (Test-Driven Development), and DDD (Domain-Driven Design).
Experience implementing CQRS and Event Sourcing patterns.
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Ability to work independently on tasks and lead small to mid-sized teams.
Proven experience handling end-to-end software delivery with technical accountability.
