Key Responsibilities
Design and develop technical solutions aligned with business needs.
Lead and review team code, and mentor junior team members.
Apply excellent problem-solving skills to technical challenges.
Develop and support complex integration systems and Tier-1 applications.
Participate in backlog refinement and all sprint events.
Manage customer communication from offshore.
Effectively communicate with stakeholders, customers, and TCS management.
Guide and support junior associates to meet project goals.
Prepare test data using scripts and tools when needed.
