Job Title: .NET Tech Lead

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Tech Lead with deep expertise in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React JS, and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have strong technical leadership abilities, a solid understanding of object-oriented principles and modern software design patterns, and experience in Agile development environments.
Key Responsibilities
Perform lead-level responsibilities in .NET-based solution development.
Guide a team of developers and ensure delivery of high-quality code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems.
Adhere to best practices in software engineering including TDD, DDD, SOLID, CQRS, and event sourcing.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills and Experience
Expertise in C# and JavaScript/TypeScript, including hands-on experience with React JS.
Deep understanding of Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Distributed Systems.
Solid command of OOP, SOLID principles, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and Event Sourcing.
Strong knowledge of the .NET Framework and .NET Core.
Proven ability to work independently and lead technical teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Prior experience working with Agile methodologies.
