Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Technical/Embedded Trainee (male candidates only) to join our team. The role involves developing and delivering engaging STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) educational programs to students across schools in Kerala.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop age-appropriate STEAM curricula in alignment with national education standards.
Collaborate with school faculty to integrate STEAM programs into existing curricula.
Conduct practical, hands-on workshops covering Robotics, Coding, and programming languages such as Python, Embedded C, and Arduino IDE.
Support lead trainers in conducting sessions on development boards including Raspberry Pi, Arduino, and Craft.
Facilitate project-based learning to encourage problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking.
Oversee the maintenance and management of all training equipment and materials.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to promote continual learning improvement.
Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in STEAM education.
Apply hands-on experience to real-time projects as part of training delivery.
Qualifications:
Degree in circuit-related branches or any technical discipline such as Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, AI, Machine Learning, BCA, or MCA.
Prior teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Additional Information:
The role may require travel to multiple locations depending on training requirements.
Expected travel commitment is approximately 20% to 40% of the working schedule.
Compensation:
Total package ranges from ₹5,000 to ₹7,000 per month, which includes a travel allowance of ₹2,000.
