Job Summary
As our corporate activities rapidly expand, we are looking for a full-time, office-based Junior Software Engineer to join our Information Technology team in Mumbai. In this role, you will work on modernizing administrative systems and updating aging applications. Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document user requirements.
- Design, develop, modify, and support software applications.
- Participate in the software validation process, including the development, review, and execution of test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Follow the software development life cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, release, and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding projects, development, tools, and procedures.
- Utilize skills in object-oriented programming (C#), databases (SQL), and web applications (ASP.NET).
- Potentially lead software development projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
- Preferred experience with technologies such as C#, Angular, Web Services, GraphQL, Git, and relational databases.
- Experience with Entity Framework and Azure DevOps is advantageous.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software release management.
- Prior experience modernizing systems to a cloud-based platform (Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
