Key Responsibilities
- Equity & Fixed Income Data Management: Maintain financial instrument master data issued globally.
- Research & Analysis: Analyze offer documents, corporate disclosures, and annual reports.
- Corporate Actions Processing: Handle dividends, mergers, takeovers, bonuses (equities) and interest, redemption (fixed income).
- Reference Data Management: Process details related to issue information, interest terms, call schedules, and benchmarks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or Finance
- Preferred Degrees: B.Com, BBI, BAF, BFM, BMS, BIM (Investment Management), PGDM, M.Com, MMS, CFA Level 1, CA Inter
- English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic Computer Knowledge: Comfortable with data processing tools
- Capital Markets Understanding: Familiarity with financial instruments is an advantage
- Soft Skills: Adaptability, teamwork, motivation, ability to meet deadlines
