Position Overview:
We are seeking an ERP Business Development Executive / ERP Tele Marketing Executive with over a year of experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP products and services, generate new sales opportunities, and engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and CRM systems. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand the key benefits of Nway ERP products.
  • Contact potential customers to inform them about ERP products and services.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information about the company and products.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
  • Convert inbound, unsolicited prospect calls into sales.
  • Enhance contact databases to reach more potential clients.
  • Update customer information in the CRM database.
  • Maintain records of calls, status, reminders, and useful information.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team for inbound lead qualification.
